Relational Life Therapy is a powerful approach to therapy that produces deep, lasting change and helps individuals and couples improve their relationships, and their lives.
Developed by prominent family therapist and author Terry Real, RLT is a structured and comprehensive process that combines psychotherapy, skill-building practices, and principles of neurobiology.
RLT gets to the root of problems quickly and offers a clear framework for healing by helping people recognize and change patterns, move through conflict with more ease, restore closeness, and have better relationships. -

Austin is a flourishing, high-demand city, and my fees reflect both the cost of living and the level of expertise clients seek. I maintain a small, focused practice so I can offer personalized, quality care.
I’m one of a handful of certified Relational Life Therapists in Texas, with advanced training in couples and relational work. This specialization requires ongoing education, consultation, and a deep commitment to the craft.
Relational work goes beyond addressing surface issues by changing the patterns that shape your relationships and personal well-being long after therapy ends. Many clients find that the relief, clarity, and connection they gain far outweigh the cost.
Therapy is an investment in the quality of your relationships and your life. That said, it should feel like a thoughtful choice rather than a financial strain.
I encourage you to consider whether working with me aligns with your goals and priorities at this time.

People ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
I also appreciate clients with a good sense of humor who are open to honest feedback, curious about their own patterns, and committed to practicing new skills both in and outside of sessions.
Relational Life Therapy is active and experiential, which means meaningful change will be a direct result of your participation.
You don’t need everything figured out, or even feel confident at the start. You do need a willingness to show up, stay engaged, and stick with the process.

Every situation is unique so we’ll discuss a plan that works for you.
At the start of therapy, I prefer to see clients weekly or bi-weekly to maintain momentum and build a solid foundation for our ongoing work. Some clients see significant shifts in a few short months, while others choose to stay in therapy longer.
The point of therapy is to get more of what you want, not to keep going forever. Either way, we’ll check in regularly about your progress and goals. -
